Under the leadership of Usman Jan, the Integrity Real Estate Group (IRG) actively manages the rebuilding and refurbishing of homes in the Maryland and Washington, D.C. areas. Usman has over 17 years of real estate investment experience and founded IRG in 2015 on the principle of giving back – uplifting the communities of Maryland and Washington, D.C. one home at a time. Towards this end, Usman brings comprehensive experience and deep knowledge to all aspects of his role, including research and acquisition of properties, cost-benefit and ROI analyses of investment prospects, sale facilitation; as well as providing expert real estate investment advice and consultation, and financing strategy and guidance. Usman manages an extensive staff of full and part-time employees and consultants who assist him with a wide-ranging portfolio of residential projects.
King Awonusi
Chief Financial Officer & Director of Business Operations
As Chief Financial Officer, Director of Business Operations & Co-Founder, King Awonusi and his team oversee the day-to-day operations of Integrity Real Estate Group (IRG), ensuring on the ground site management of projects and their successful completion, as well as supervising the administrative operations of the company. King brings 10 years of experience in residential real estate, and has a background in construction and project management. King’s expertise lends itself to his portfolio of responsibilities, which includes analyzing deals, preparation of estimates, budgets, and construction time tables; hiring and managing contractors, subcontractors, architects, and engineers; ensuring all projects are in compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements. King is a proud alumni of Morgan State University where he earned his B.A in economics.
Rizwan Jan
Chief Design Officer
Rizwan A. Jan has provided unique interior and exterior design solutions to residential projects with his passion for style and years of experience. His design philosophy stresses a close link between the disciplines of architecture and interior decoration, while focusing primarily on classic modernism. Clean lines, attention to detail, and his trademark “wow factor” – whether it be a black door, a wide pin-striped wall, or eye-popping interior/exterior accent accessories – Rizwan’s style is timeless. The end result is rich environments defined by sophisticated color palettes, refined materials and detailing that tailor these interiors/exteriors to suit his clients’ desires.
Rizwan strives to develop interior and exterior spaces with an underlying classicism that survives the passage of design trends. He is committed to coordinating the design efforts with an organized and well managed project that consistently exceed clients’ expectations and come in on budget.
